Our programs are tailored to help you meet and exceed your fitness goals

Huaylando

This aerobic workout combines dance choreographies in all music and dance genres that flow into different intensities throughout the one-hour fitness class. The dance style is very feminine with special attention to small details in movement that result in major muscle group toning. All world rhythms are explored but emphasis is placed in Latin steps such as Rumba, Samba, Tango, Bachata, Reggaeton etc. The goal of the class is to allow everyone to express herself or himself, disconnect from daily routines, exercise the brain through the constant learning of new choreographies and coordination as well as to obtain cardiovascular endurance and muscle toning.

Ritmo y Fuerza

This program is a non-choreographed workout based on fast, repetitive movements, using resistance bands to tone your entire body.

 

Mat Pilates

This technique is a variation of Pilates Methods. Combines exercises of elongation and strength through muscle contraction.

2BFIT

A toning focused class that consists of body weight exercise that focus on your core and various other equipment for strength, balance and flexibility training to bring body changing results.

 

Tae Bo

A total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches.

Our program uses the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace designed to promote fitness.

 

Teens2Dance

Huaylando tailored for teens while focusing on the rhythm of latin music and allowing them to express themselves.

 

Fit Combat

The fusion of real combat techniques of boxing and martial arts.

 

Strong by Zumba

Combines high intensity intervals of strength and cardio through the rhythm of the music. Based in the science of synced music motivation.

Kids2Dance

Meet once a month with moderator Colombian writer Rosaura Rodriguez to discuss the book of the month.
